Valentine’s Day isn’t just for lovers!

                                                 

Valentine’s Day isn’t just for lovers, or even just about hearts. It is about sending love, and giving those you love a reminder of how important and valuable they are to you. But, it can be about self love and self -care.

On all the other days of the year, do you wear heart jewelry? Hearts on rings, bracelets or pendants can be a reminder to love ourselves…to center ourselves…and change our vibration from one of fear to love. 

Heart Meditation for Everyone and Everyday

 

           

Wear your heart pendant over your heart chakra. As you hold it near to your heart , visualize a person, animal, or place that brings you joy and peace.

 Breathe in deeply to the count of four as you imagine that image and feel love. Breathe out to the count of five as the love circulates around your heart. Do this for about two minutes or at least five breaths.

 This will help to balance out your nervous system, relax the body, and it creates a feeling of safety and nourishment to your whole being.
